My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a good size for the price, although I was hoping for a spa tub inside and not in a vacant handicapped room. The service was top-notch with the staff being very helpful and generous, especially during our anniversary. The location was excellent, right in the middle of Charlotte with easy access to restaurants and bars. The dining was good, but the restrictions on the number of people per room were a bit limiting. Overall, a great experience with minor room expectations, and dining restriction issues.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and well-appointed, but unfortunately, my rest was interrupted by loud music, yelling, and disruptive behavior in the adjacent rooms. The dim lighting didn't help either, making it challenging to relax.

The hotel had rooms that were as nice as other hotels I've stayed at before. Although my room had a flood in the morning, it was quiet and comfortable to sleep. The noise reduction was very little. The service was efficient and friendly, especially the bartender, and the staff were excellent and accommodating. The location was great and comfortable, within walking distance to many places despite the ongoing construction. Dining was a bit pricey and not very tasty, but they offered globally inspired dishes. Overall, a convenient stay, but with some ups and downs.
